30-Day Sweat-Test Guarantee

Try your apparel on the course. If you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, return it for a refund or exchange — even if you've worn it.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@forequeengolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back in their original condition. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be clean and free of damage beyond normal try-on.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange — we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.
